ABM 750 Bag Palletizer 

 
This machine is currently setup for operation and was used for 3 and 5 tie pallet layers with 25 and 50 pound paper bags.  It was used with sunflower seeds, corn and other bird seed mixes.  The machine can currently be shown only in limited operation (not full production rate) because the previous owner went out of business due to local competition and mismanagement.  The in feed conveyor up to the palletizer input level is not included in this price but may possibly be purchased separately.

History:

This machine was purchased from a seed company in Texas 16 years ago by a neighboring company to palletize bird seed. Our company was employed to help bring it to northern Minnesota and get it running with the exception of the structural assembly.  I personally was responsible for everything electrical, electronic and pneumatic from programming to air solenoid valve testing.  We have been involved periodically to repair and tune up many functions of this equipment over the years as owners have changed several times.  Now we have been asked to help sell the machine.
CPU: Replaced when moved to Minnesota; Siemens- Simatic TI435: programmable via 25 pin  RS232 port using TISoft software.

Secondary Control Panel (slip sheet feeder & I/O conveyors): CPU expansion module, additional I/O modules and motor starters.

Trueblood A-75-8 Injection Molding Machine 

This plastic injection molding machine, as shown by the model number, is a 75 ton with an 8oz shot size. 

Specifications:

  1. Type is a horizontal inject with a vertical clamp.
  2. Shuttle distance is 14" from left to right.
  3. Clamp height is 8.5" from the clamp to the shuttle when closed.
  4. Max mold size 14"W x 12"D 
  5. 4" of clamp travel.
  6. Currently set up to run on 240VAC, 3PH and is internally fused at 70 amps.
  7. Hydraulic system holds and contains 60 gallons of hydraulic oil.
  8. The 20 HP hydraulic pump has recently had a new $1800 head installed.
  9. Controller is an Allen Bradley SLC 100.
  10. The model number is A-75-8 and Serial 0487821
  11. Measures 60"W x 114"D x 80"H
  12. A weight guestimate is over 9000 pounds.

It was taken out of working service on October 8, 2006 and was maintained very well.

 The machine will ship FOB Bemidji, MN 56601 on your truck or we can arrange one for you. There will be an approximate $300.00 US loading fee for this machine.  It is currently in a factory were it can be loaded by our contractor. The buyer will pay all packaging, loading and shipping costs which we can arrange.
